🏛️ FAQ
Early Burdz Museum Mixers are laid-back social gatherings at major museums and nearby bars, designed for professionals, creatives, and art lovers. Each event is age-specific (20s/30s, 30s/40s, or 40s/50s), helping ensure the right vibe and life-stage alignment. Whether you’re new to a city or just looking to meet thoughtful people, you’ll feel welcome here.
❓What is a Museum Mixer?
It’s a two-part social experience:
- Art museum visit — self-guided, with other guests exploring at their own pace.
- Mixer at a bar nearby — reserved space, casual conversations, drinks, and connection.
The focus is on shared cultural experience.
🎯 Are these events age-specific?
Yes. Every Museum Mixer is tailored to one of these age groups:
- 20s/30s
- 30s/40s
- 40s/50s
This helps create more natural conversation and shared energy across life stages. You can attend the age group that feels like the best fit.
🗓️ When do they happen?
Usually on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings — depending on the city and museum hours. You can find the schedule at linktr.ee/earlyburdz.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Who attends?
Attendees include professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, students, and curious minds — people in tech, finance, law, medicine, marketing, the arts, design, grad school, and more. Many come solo, others bring a friend or partner.
📍Where are they held?
We host at world-class museums in cities like NYC, DC, LA, SF, Chicago, and Miami — followed by mixers at bars nearby. Exact details are sent after you RSVP.
đź’µ How much does it cost?
Tickets are usually $7.50, which covers event coordination and mixer access. Museum entry is separate — arranged through the museum (some are donation-based or free on certain days). We also offer VIP tickets for $25, which include a shoutout to event attendees and on our Instagram stories. Use the shoutout to standout during the event or to promote your brand, project, or hobbies.
🖼️ Do we tour the museum together?
Not formally. You’re free to explore solo, bump into other guests, or connect more at the bar afterward. No guide, no schedule — just shared experience.
🍸 What happens after the museum?
We walk to a nearby bar where we’ve reserved space. The mixer is casual — lots of mingling, conversation, and light community-building. Guests usually stay 1–2 hours.
📸 Will there be photos or video?
Yes — our host usually captures short-form content for social media and promotional content.
🧥 What should I wear?
Casual, stylish, comfortable. No dress code — just something you’d wear to a museum and low-key bar.
đź’Ś How do I RSVP?
Visit linktr.ee/earlyburdz and choose your city + age group. You’ll get a confirmation with all the event details.
âť—Is this a singles event?
No — it’s not designed for dating. That said, many people attend solo, and friendships, collaborations, and romantic connections do sometimes emerge.
đź‘« Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely! Just make sure they RSVP separately so we have an accurate headcount.
🌎 I’m not from the city — can I join?
Yes! We often have out-of-towners join while visiting for work or fun. It’s a great way to experience a city’s culture and meet locals.
🏛️ Can my museum host a mixer?
We’d love to explore that. Reach out to partnerships@earlyburdz.com. We’re actively expanding across the U.S.
🍸 I’m a bar or restaurant — can we host a post-museum mixer?
Yes! We’re always looking for bars near museums to host our group after the mixer. Ideal partners have space for 20–40 people, good drinks, and a laid-back vibe. In return, we bring a curated crowd and exposure. Email events@earlyburdz.com if you’d like to collaborate!
