Case Studies: How Early Burdz Drives RSVPs for Art Galleries, Fairs, and Nightlife Venues
Early Burdz partners with galleries, art fairs, and nightlife venues to bring curated, high-energy crowds of young professionals and creatives to cultural spaces. Our model blends pre-event education, curated RSVPs, and post-event amplification — helping partners build brand equity while driving foot traffic and engagement.
Below are case studies from New York City and beyond — showcasing our value as a trusted partner in art marketing, gallery promotion, and nightlife crowd-building.
1. Tribeca Art Gallery: 3 Exclusive Gallery Parties (134–139 RSVPs)

These events helped establish the gallery as a destination for young, culturally engaged professionals.
2. SoHo Gallery Partner: 9 Promoted Events (910 RSVPs)

- First collaboration: Holiday party (Dec 2024) with 150+ RSVPs
- 2025: 9 total events promoted, with 910 combined RSVPs (avg. 101 per event)
We supported these events with:
- Targeted social media promotion
- Email exposure to our NYC art community
- Post-event amplification on Instagram and Threads
