Here are the top cultural events happening in LA this week (August 26–31) — curated by Early Burdz for professionals, creatives, and art lovers in their 20s to 50s.
1. 30s/40s LA Art Date Night. We’re hosting a 30s/40s Art Date Night in Gallery Row on Saturday, August 30th. We’ll explore the gallery scene, then mingle over food and drinks on a beautiful rooftop nearby. We have a few spots available for men. Use the code “4THEFELLAS” for a 25% discount. 2. 20s/30s Mixer at the Broad Museum. We’re hosting a 20s/30s mixer on Saturday, September 13th. We’ll explore the museum then mingle over food and drinks nearby. Join here.
3. 30s/40s Mixer at the Hammer Museum. We’re hosting a 30s/40s Mixer at the Hammer Museum on Sunday, September 21st. We’ll explore the museum then mingle over food and drinks nearby. We have 23 RSVPs. Join here.
4. Travel. We have amazing events happening all over the country, a perfect addition to any travel itinerary! We host 2-5 events a week in New York. This month, we also have events in DC and Chicago! On September 20th we will be taking a day trip to Beacon, NY to explore their hiking, art, and vintage scene!
5. Gallery parties and other events. LA’s becoming a primary city for Early Burdz. We’re looking for additional hosts! Some of the events we’ll roll out are:
– gallery party (we provide a curated guestlist and exposure for the gallery and the gallery provides a venue and refreshments)
– art & brunch events (we explore various galleries in a neighborhood then mingle over bottomless brunch)
– weekend getaways (we take a charter bus to a destination location like Santa Barbara or Ojai for a weekend trip)
