Flock is a chemistry-based matching app for the Early Burdz Discord community. You fill out a short profile, answer six questions about your personality and lifestyle, and we match you with the most compatible people in your state from our community of 1,200+ members. Matches are ranked by compatibility percentage and show you exactly what you have in common. Your matches are already in the Early Burdz Discord — just find them and say hi.

📊 How is compatibility calculated?
Each question is weighted based on how well it predicts genuine connection. Your final score is a 0–100% measure of how much you have in common across all six questions.
🔐 Is it anonymous?
Yes. Flock is built around anonymity:
- No photos — matches are based entirely on personality and lifestyle compatibility
- No social media required — no Instagram, no LinkedIn, no Facebook
- No account or email — take the quiz and see your results without creating anything
- No real name — only your Discord username
- No login required — the entire flow from profile to results is completely anonymous
💬 How do I message my matches?
Your matches are already members of the Early Burdz Discord. Once you see your results, find your match’s Discord username and send them a direct message — you share a server so Discord DMs are open between you. No cold outreach, no connection requests, no waiting for approval. Your compatibility score gives you a natural reason to reach out. Not on the Discord yet? 🗺️ Are matches local or national?
Both. Flock shows you your top matches globally across the entire Early Burdz community, plus your top local matches filtered to your state. Local matches are people you could realistically meet at an Early Burdz event near you.
🔄 Can I retake the quiz?
Yes — you can retake the quiz up to twice per day. Your previous answers are pre-populated so you can confirm or update quickly. Each submission overwrites your previous responses and recalculates your matches based on your updated answers. New members join the community regularly so checking back gives you fresh results even without changing your answers.
❓ Is this a dating app?
No — and that’s intentional. Flock matches people across all types of connection — friendship, professional networking, creative collaboration, and dating. You choose what you’re looking for in the first question and your matches reflect that. Flock is built for the full spectrum of human connection, not just one slice of it.
👥 Who is in the matching pool?
Early Burdz caters to professionals and creatives in their 20s to 50s who share an interest in art, culture, and genuine real-world connection.
🎟️ Do I need an Early Burdz membership?
No — Flock is free and open to all. That said, Early Burdz members get priority admission to the Discord, free access to events where you can meet your matches in person, and discounted tickets on day trips and getaways. If you find a compatible person through Flock and want to meet them at a museum mixer or gallery hop, membership makes that effortless. Join the membership here.
