Join Early Burdz for a curated fall escape to Charlottesville, designed for 30s/40s professionals, creatives, and art lovers. We’ll depart DC together by bus, starting with a scenic and beginner-friendly Rivanna River trail. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a group lunch at a beloved local spot, spend the afternoon exploring Charlottesville’s galleries and vintage shops, and wrap with sunset drinks before heading back to the city. Tentative Itinerary for Saturday, May 9
10:00 AM – Depart DC in Style
We’ll meet in DC and board the bus together for a scenic ride along the Rivanna River, with snacks for our group.
12:45 AM – Rivanna River Hike
Enjoy a beginner-friendly group hike along the Rivanna River, where the beautiful views and spring air set the tone for the day.
2:30 PM – Curated Group Lunch
We’ll gather for a relaxed group lunch (pay-your-own-way), and explore the town before the art portion begins.
4:00 PM – Private Gallery Walk
We’ll visit local art galleries curated for our group — expect contemporary works, hidden gems, and conversation starters.
5:15 PM – Happy Hour
We’ll close the day cocktails at a local bar with great vibes — the perfect final chapter before we head back.
6:30 PM – Return to DC
We’ll ride back together, swapping photos and stories from the day, arriving in DC with new friends and fresh inspiration.
